This original, handmade print was made by me in my studio in Southampton. It is one of an edition of 30, meaning that there will only be 30 printed. This image was inspired by the metal surface of ‘mothballed’ aeroplanes in the desert of Arizona, hence the name Boneyard. It was one of a series of prints I made from that trip and there are 2 other etchings shown here in this series.
This etching is printed using the Viscosity method of printing, this takes about an hour to ink up for each print. These prints are signed by me and printed onto high quality, handmade, cotton rich Somerset printing paper.
