Preparing for an exhibition

It’s three years since The Five; Consuelo Simpson, Kay Senior, Sally Tyrie, Sinclair Ashman and myself hosted an exhibition together, on that occasion it was at the Jackhouse Gallery in Old Portsmouth. We are now venturing into Kent to The Horsebridge Art gallery in the vibrant town of Whitstable.
We are drawn together as a group by our shared interest in process and materials and the fact that we all use printmaking techniques in some parts of our practice.

For me this exhibition is an opportunity to produce some new works, mainly collagraphs and collages around ideas of erosion, unravelling, undoneness and repair.
